Shipping methods for the Nigerian market:

• Ship via other methods: DHL, UPS, FedEx… However, the shipping fee is higher

• The second method: Onepay payment gateway: Customers pay in naira/USD via visa/master card
• With the remaining methods: Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T), or Paypal, a +4.16% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

• If the hair is in stock, we can ship it the next day
• If hair is not in stock, we need time to prepare. It may take 5-10 days depending on your order.

The customs department will charge tax if you import something, regardless of the item. Taxes are set by the government. However, when you receive the goods through the agency, you will have to pay very little tax

Shipping time depends on the agency and the time they do the shipment. While Gabriel has 2 shipments every week, Sunday only has one. And this method is cheap but slow

Sometimes, we have a lot of orders so the shipping time is delayed a bit, but we will inform the customer about that

The minimum order quantity is 500 grams.

• If you choose shipment by DHL or FedEx, it will take from 2 – 5 days. 
• If you choose shipment via the agency, you will receive goods in 7 – 10 days.

If you feel your product is unsatisfactory and would like a refund or an exchange, you must return it to us within 07 days from the days you receive it according to the shipping agency track.

Postage must be covered by the sender and it’s the responsibility to ensure that their return postage is appropriately covered.

In case you want to return the product, we will refund the product price and shipping fee back after 2 working days we receive the right product.

Please notice that before shipping, we always take pictures and videos of the hair and send them to customers.

Yes, dear. For a sample, you should get 500 grams for testing the quality.

We always encourage customers to order a sample to test the product before ordering a large amount.

• Non-Remy hair is collected from the floor of temples and hair salons. Cuticle directions become mixed, causing tangling and matting.  To disguise this the hair will go through an acid bath to completely strip the cuticle, similar to relaxing your hair about a dozen times
• Remy hair: each bundle Remy hair are from 3-4 different people mixed together, but all Remy hair bundle are the same cuticle direction
• Virgin hair is hair from only one girl, cuticle aligned

BigG has only 100% Remy and virgin human hair, no chemical, unprocessed. Remy hair is the hair mixed from more than one donor so each bundle is 100 grams.

The donor of hair:

• Mostly, our hair is taken from the villagers in the high mountains with cold weather. Therefore their hair is really strong and silky thanks to no impact of sunlight.

• As you know, the villagers from high mountains is very strong in health, they work all day. Therefore, our quality of hair is along with the donor’s health, very strong and durable.

They’re all our qualities and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles.

Single drawn hair has a thin end because the amount of short hair mixed inside is the most but super double drawn has a very thick end almost the same length.

Super double-drawn hair’s the best quality we have.

Actually, the grade is the way that the Chinese value their hair.

We sell Vietnamese hair so we just have single, double, and super double-drawn hair and all of them are the best quality.

Absolutely, this is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa.

Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person.

What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.

We have 6 – 28 inches, sometimes we also have 34 – 40 inches but limited quantity?

You should comb curly and deep hair when hair is wet, do not comb when hair is dry. Hair is easy to tangle when hair is dry. 

After washing, you can use a roller to roll it up to help keep the curls longer

We just wash the hair carefully with shampoo which is extracted from natural ingredients. We don’t use any chemicals to process the hair.

The hair still keeps all cuticles so it’s strong and not easy to be damaged.

The hair is not tangled or shedding at all.
