Our Story
Established in 2012, BigG Hair stands as a leading manufacturer of raw weft and hair extensions in Vietnam, boasting extensive experience and expertise in the hair industry. Despite humble beginnings with only 3 sales staff and 20 workers operating in a 50m2 factory, we persevered through challenges including limited resources and technology.
Today, BigG Hair takes pride in offering premium quality hair products at competitive prices to customers worldwide. Our dedicated team of skilled employees and supportive staff ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

BigG Hair’s reach has expanded significantly, with a growing customer base across various regions worldwide. Recent data indicates that Africa constitutes the largest portion of our customer base at 35.6%, followed by the United States at 25.3%.
Europe also contributes substantially, with Northern Europe at 18.9% and Southern Europe at 12.7%. Other regions, including Asia and Oceania, make up the remaining 7.5%.
These figures underscore BigG Hair’s strong presence in Africa and the US, positioning us for continued growth and success in diverse markets globally.

Over a decade of operating in hair manufacturing, BigG Hair has been partnering with various businesses like salons, hair stores, big wholesalers, and influencers to ensure our products are accessible and trusted by customers. Our Office and Factory
The company operates in two key areas: the factory and the office. The collaboration and support between employees in these areas lay a strong foundation for the company’s sustainable growth. Our head office, located in Hanoi, is home to over 100 sales staff who, with their dynamism and creativity, contribute significantly to the company’s achievements.
In its early days, the factory in Nam Dinh province was modest, with just over 20 workers and a total area of 50m2. However, as demand for our hair products grew, we expanded the factory’s size. By 2023, the factory had grown to accommodate 250 employees and expanded to cover 10 hectares.
This expansion has provided a solid base for us to produce a wide range of hair products in various designs, styles, sizes, and colors. Our skilled workforce of over 250 employees works tirelessly to ensure the highest quality hair products are delivered to our customers
