Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

  • By placing an order at BigGhair, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us);
  • The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to BigGhair and will not be shared with other third parties;
  • The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order;
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase;
  • Please note that local taxes, custom and duties may occur;
  • BigGhair do not include liability for any mistakes from you (wrong address, wrong payment, etc) or any damage caused due to improper installation;
  • We have the rights to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion;
    7-day return policy begins from the day your order is successful delivered.

Return & Exchange

Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or washed because it is a real human hair product. No exceptions can be accepted.

  • 7-day return policy begins from the day your order is successfully delivered.
  • You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs, custom and duties;
  • BigGhair assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise;
  • Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package;
  • BigGhair needs to receive the merchandise physically at our office before refund process happens;
  • We will refund the purchase amount of the product only. The shipping cost and other fee (if any) will not be refunded.
